What to Expect
PuzzlyNest is run by a small team, and every email is read by a person rather than a ticketing system. We aim to reply within two to three working days. Messages about privacy, data deletion, or a child's information are treated as a priority and answered first.
We do not send marketing email, and we will never ask you for a password, a payment detail, or any information about a child. If you receive a message claiming to be from PuzzlyNest that asks for any of those things, it did not come from us.
Reporting a Problem With a Game
Most game problems turn out to be specific to one device or browser, so a few details let us reproduce the issue instead of guessing. If you can, include:
- The name of the game, or the page address you were on.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- Your device and browser — for example "iPad, Safari" or "Windows laptop, Chrome".
- Whether it happens every time or only occasionally.
Before writing in, it is worth refreshing the page once — a game that was interrupted mid-load will often behave oddly until it is reloaded. Scores and achievements are stored in your own browser, so they will not transfer between devices, and clearing your browsing data will reset them.
Suggesting a Game
Suggestions genuinely shape what we build next, and the ones we can act on fastest tell us who the game is for and what makes it enjoyable — a puzzle a grandparent and grandchild can play together, say, or something gentler for a child who finds timed games stressful. We build original games rather than republishing existing ones, so we cannot add a specific commercial title by name, but we are always glad to hear what kind of play is missing.
