4. Data Stored on Your Own Device

PuzzlyNest saves a small amount of information in your browser's local storage so that the site works the way you expect between visits. This includes game high scores, achievement progress, and preferences such as whether sound is switched on.

This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to us, it is not attached to any account, and we cannot read it. Clearing your browser's site data removes it permanently, which will also reset your scores and achievements.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

PuzzlyNest offers games intended for children, and we treat those sections of the site as child-directed under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We have designed the site so that children can use it without giving us anything about themselves.

  • No accounts, no sign-ups. Playing any game on PuzzlyNest requires no registration, no email address, and no login of any kind.
  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not ask for names, ages, photographs, locations, or contact details anywhere on the site.
  • No chat, messaging, or user uploads. There is no way for a child to communicate with another person through PuzzlyNest, and nothing a child types or draws in a game is sent to us or shared publicly.
  • Non-personalized ads on child-directed pages. Pages and games intended for children are tagged for child-directed treatment. On those pages, advertising is served without behavioural profiling and without the advertising cookies described in Section 2.
  • No selling or sharing of children's data. We do not sell, rent, or trade any information, and there is no children's personal information for us to share.

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a child has somehow provided us with personal information — for example, by including details in an email sent to us — please contact us at solutions@coredrivn.com and we will delete it promptly. You may also ask us to confirm what, if anything, we hold.
