🎮 How to Play Nonogram

Nonograms (also called Picross or Griddlers) are picture logic puzzles. By filling in cells based on number clues, you reveal a hidden image.

  1. Read the clues: Numbers on the left/top indicate runs of consecutive filled cells.
  2. Multiple numbers: "3 2" means a run of 3 filled cells, then a gap, then 2 filled cells.
  3. Use logic: Determine which cells must be filled or must be empty based on the clues.

💡 Nonogram Strategies

  • Overlap method: Push the run to the left, then to the right. Cells that overlap must be filled.
  • Edge starting: If a run touches an already-filled cell at the edge, you know where it starts.
  • Marking empties: Use X to mark cells that definitely can't be filled.
  • Complete runs: When a run is complete, mark empty cells on both sides.

🧠 Brain Benefits

Nonograms combine logical reasoning with spatial awareness. The satisfaction of revealing a hidden picture provides additional motivation. These puzzles improve concentration, patience, and the ability to work systematically through complex problems.
