Body Parts

About Body Parts

Learn parts of the body. This free online game is part of our learning fun collection and is designed for children ages 4-12.

  • Difficulty: easy
  • Average play time: 3 minutes
  • No download or signup required
  • Works on desktop and mobile devices

How to Play Body Parts

Tap the body part named on screen. Learn the correct names for all parts of the human body.

Tip: Say the name aloud as you tap — it helps the words stick in memory.

💡 Playing Body Parts With Your Child

  • Point to it on themselves. Touching their own elbow while naming it links word to body far faster than looking at a picture.
  • Start with the visible extremities. Hands, feet, nose and eyes are learned before shoulders, wrists and ankles.
  • Add what each part does. "Ears are for hearing" turns a label into knowledge.
  • Play it as a movement game. Asking them to wiggle or touch the named part keeps attention much longer than tapping a screen.

🧠 What Body Parts Teaches

Naming body parts builds vocabulary and body awareness together, and it gives children the words to describe where something hurts — a practical outcome parents tend to appreciate. Starting from their own body rather than an illustration is what makes the terms stick. Suited to ages 3 to 6.
